When you purchase tickets from us, you should receive a PDF to confirm your place at the event. If you have not received your PDF confirmation, please check 'Your Tickets' under your profile on our platform. Please note that if you are waiting on e-tickets from a venue, you can not use your PDF confirmation as a ticket to the event.
When a show is taken off sale (usually the day before the event), we send a customer list to the venue so that they can process tickets for everybody who has booked through our site. This means that you will not receive your e-tickets until the day before or the day of the show. If you still have not received your e-tickets 1 hour before the show, please contact the venue before contacting us, as we are unable to allocate venue tickets.
Your tickets should be sent to whichever email address you have set as your contact email in your user preferences, but please be sure to check the inboxes and spam folders for your NHS email and your personal email, just in case.
