- If we have a limited number of tickets for a particular event, we may use a ballot to offer them fairly. Please note that if you enter a ballot, you may only hear from us if you win or if there is a consolation prize, e.g. discounted tickets. The ballot listing will always detail when and how we will notify the winners. If you have not heard from us by the date specified, you unfortunately were unsuccessful in the ballot.
In the unlikely event that a winner is unable to attend or we receive extra free tickets for this event at a later date, we will inform you via email. This will be on a first come first served basis
