As the security of our member-base depends heavily on the workplace email for the majority of our customers, we do require this to be verified. Below are some top tips that may help.
Check your junk/spam folder
- As simple as it sounds, this is always worth checking as automated emails like this can slip into spam folders depending on your account settings
Resend your verification link via your account
- When you log in, you’ll be presented with a pop up informing you that your account is not approved yet. You will have the option to resend your invite, this should arrive in the inbox of your log in email within 5 minutes. Once you click on ‘activate my account’, you’ll be good to go!
Talk to your IT department
- It may be that your workplace IT systems are blocking our emails. Unfortunately we won't be able to assist from our end and advise you to talk to your team about allowing emails from Tickets for Good through so all employees can access our free and discounted tickets
