If you would like to change the email address where we send tickets & marketing, you can do so under the ‘user details’ page on your account. For those on our NHS, Charity & Teacher platforms, we would recommend setting your contact email address as your personal one. This is to ensure that you can access tickets outside of work and they are not impacted by company spam filters.
If you are an NHS customer and have changed jobs within the NHS and would like to change your login email, you will need to get in touch with our customer care team as this will need authorisation.
