Overview:

Tickets for Good is on a mission to make live events more accessible by working with employers, local councils and voluntary organisations to distribute free and discounted event tickets. We do this with the belief that event attendance provides a range of physical and mental benefits and that participation in cultural events should be open to all.

With a growing network of demand-side partners—including NHS Trusts, charities, local councils, teaching unions, and more—we need a dedicated Community Partnerships Lead to strengthen these relationships and drive engagement with our platform.

This is a role for someone who thrives on communication and relationship management, ensuring that partners are fully supported and that their users are actively claiming tickets. Whilst reporting to and supporting the Head of Communications and Projects, this role also involves working closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive and New Business leaders (UK Managing Director, Global CEO) you’ll play a key role in growing our community and increasing awareness of the opportunities available through Tickets for Good.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with our demand-side partners, acting as their key point of contact.
  • Implement marketing strategies related to our B2B network, to drive new user sign ups, improve user experience, and increase ticket sales.
  • Maintaining a clear and organised database of partners, tracking engagement, communication, user growth and conversion into sales.
  • Creating and adapting marketing materials to suit the needs of different partners.
  • Overseeing regular email communications to all our partners.
  • Supporting email campaigns and engagement strategies using tools like Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Supporting and fulfilling social media campaigns to grow a sense of community, using tools like Sprout Social, across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Analysing engagement data—open rates, ticket claims, user growth—and reporting on impact.
  • Representing Tickets for Good in meetings, presentations, and outreach events and on LinkedIn.
  • Supporting the marketing team with general day-to-day tasks when needed, particularly covering annual leave and sickness.
  • Representing Tickets for Good at external or internal events, such as forums, conferences, socials, and meetings with external partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional communication skills—you’ll be working with a wide range of organisations and need to build strong, trusted relationships.
  • Experience in employee engagement, rewards programmes, marketing, partnerships, or community management could be a great fit.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach—able to tailor marketing materials and strategies to different audiences.
  • Understanding of how the NHS and similar organisations communicate with their staff.
  • Organisational skills to manage a growing database of partners and maintain regular communication.
  • Excellent team-working and inter-department communication skills. We’re a small team and a can-do attitude and ability to support others is key.
  • Some experience with marketing campaigns, CRM tools, email marketing, or design software (Canva is a plus).
  • Strong data analysis skills—able to track engagement metrics and report on performance.
  • A willingness and ability to travel when required on an ad-hoc basis to events and meetings.
  • A passion for live events, accessibility, and community-building—you should be as excited about our mission as we are!

Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C including both Maths and English.

Experience: Previous work experience within an SME or startup environment is beneficial, or experience working within the NHS, charity or council sector.
