Location: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days in Sheffield office)
Salary: £25,000 per annum (full-time, part-time applicants considered)

Tickets for Good is on a mission to make live events more accessible by working with employers, local councils and voluntary organisations to distribute free and discounted event tickets. We do this with the belief that event attendance provides a range of physical and mental benefits and that participation in cultural events should be open to all.
With a growing network of demand-side partners—including NHS Trusts, charities, local councils, teaching unions, and more—we need a dedicated Community Partnerships Lead to strengthen these relationships and drive engagement with our platform.
This is a role for someone who thrives on communication and relationship management, ensuring that partners are fully supported and that their users are actively claiming tickets. Whilst reporting to and supporting the Head of Communications and Projects, this role also involves working closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive and New Business leaders (UK Managing Director, Global CEO) you’ll play a key role in growing our community and increasing awareness of the opportunities available through Tickets for Good.
Education & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Must have a minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C including both Maths and English.
Experience: Previous work experience within an SME or startup environment is beneficial, or experience working within the NHS, charity or council sector.
